There are secondary indexes build for a graph in MongoDB. Dropping a graph will impact these indexes. This needs to be considered in the implementation. |

Description
Replaced MongoDBRyaDAO empty implementation for the drop graph functionality with a functional one.
Tests
Added a testDrop test to org.apache.rya.mongodb.MongoDBRyaDAOIT.java
