problem

Hello,

I am having issues with manage instance into a sub-sub-domain. I created users under the sub-domain, the shared guest networks are also created under the sub-domain. Every time I put in any value in the "Account", the NIC disappears. Any other details being filled are fine, the offering, virtual machine's name, which domain the virtual machine goes to, which template.

Any ideas on what should I look out to solve this issue?

Thank you so much in advance for helping me with this.

versions

The versions of ACS, hypervisors, storage, network etc..

The steps to reproduce the bug

  1. Choose a VM to manage into a sub-domain.
  2. Fill in all the details including the account name.
  3. NIC disappears.

What to do about it?
