docs: add comprehensive architecture analysis document

Add OPENCODE_ARCHITECTURE.md with detailed analysis of the OpenCode
codebase including:
- Conceptual model (agentic loop, memory, tools, subagents)
- Codebase architecture with Mermaid diagrams (C4, sequence)
- Low-level implementation details (entrypoints, orchestrator, etc.)
- Modification guide for adding tools, providers, memory backends
- Unknowns and gaps section
