It looks like there has been a mistake in the README.md file in the Installation instructions section.
The name of the repo looks to be wrong, "uArm-Swift-Wrapper" instead of "uArm-Python-Wrapper"

I think the installation section should read as follows.

Installation

You can install through pip, or by cloning this repository and installing locally.

To install through pip, run:

pip install git+git://github.com/andySigler/uArm-Python-Wrapper.git@master#egg=uArm-Python-Wrapper

To install by cloning the repository, run:

git clone https://github.com/andySigler/uArm-Python-Wrapper.git
cd uArm-Python-Wrapper
python setup.py install
