When I set up my python environment in Actions, it reveals a warning:

This is my code:

Tools version:
Current: python 3.10
I also test 3.11 and the warning is the same.
Repro steps:
Just run the code in Actions:

Expected behavior:
Run actions/setup-python@v3
Successfully setup CPython (3.10.9)
Actual behavior:
Run actions/setup-python@v3
