Create .env files in both /client and /server using the keys below:

• Server: FIREBASE_*, CLERK_SECRET_KEY, GROQ_API_KEY, GITHUB_PAT
• Client: VITE_CLERK_PUBLISHABLE_KEY, VITE_FIREBASE_*
