• /?url=<String> - where url is Base64 encoded url. Returns { success: Boolean, pdfLocation: String, fromCache: Boolean }
• ...&display=<Boolean> - returns HTML, which embeds PDF from pdfLocation into the page
• ...&force=<Boolean> - ignores existence of rendered PDF
