Currently, the module will overwrite any existing
vue.compilerOptions.isCustomElementfunction defined innuxt.config.ts.This PR simply updates the module to capture any existing function definition, and use it in conjunction with the function provided by
templateCompilerOptionswhen evaluatingisCustomElement.
