This patch introduces YOLO-based detection as the primary path, replacing the legacy SSD stub where applicable. It adds a YOLO adapter to wrap ultralytics YOLO models and a dedicated YOLO trainer, and extends the config to a task catalog for detection tasks. Training/inference pipelines and scripts are updated to support task-driven detection (--detection-task) and optional dataset YAMLs. Documentation and installation steps are updated to reflect the new workflow and requirements (ultralytics).
