• Ruby (http://rubyinstaller.org/)
• Ceedling gem (gem install ceedling)
• Microchip XC16 compiler - Cross-platform C compiler for 16 bit PICs (http://www.microchip.com/pagehandler/en_us/promo/mplabxc/)
