Being fork is not correct

• there is never intention to contribute back
• opening PR suggest opening PR to the base repo
• we do many things differently

Since there is no way in GH to drop "fork" status of the repo we should recreate repo

• somebody pull latest changes of main branch
• repo gets deleted
• new repo with same name created
• git push --force from a saved state to restore all commit history
