AGENTS.md was out of sync with the current repository state. This updates the document to reflect the newest additions (notably MetaPath2Vec) and current repository statistics.

    • test functions: 8,940
    • python modules in py3plex/: 446
    • example scripts: 264
  • Updated summary sections that referenced older values (overview, test infrastructure, test suite, and stats update block).

• Newest additions captured

  • Updated embeddings section from NetMF-only framing to include MetaPath2Vec.
  • Updated module count for py3plex/embeddings/ from 5 to 6.
  • Added explicit references to:
    • py3plex/embeddings/metapath2vec.py
    • tests/test_metapath2vec.py
    • examples/advanced/example_metapath2vec.py

• Metadata alignment

  • Updated AGENTS.md “Last Updated” timestamp to 2026-03-06.
