💬 How can “click” open window like “verify”, not be hang up？

click action，may open a window， may not open window， when not open，don't hang up。

For example，there are a list of date urls, each url link to a data table page, but not all the date's data has bean generated. when user click a date url， if the date's data has been generated，then open a new window； if the date's data has not bean generated， then popup a dialog to user to confirm if user when to generate the date's data, if choose ok, system to generate the date's data. The date's url can be open new window must after the date's data generate.
