SimpleTrustRegion fails for SCC decomposition of problem

Describe the bug 🐞

Using SimpleTrustRegion on a small nonlinear system decomposed using SCCNonlinearProblem fails. The same succeeds when using TrustRegion or NonlinearProblem without the SCC decomposition.

Expected behavior

SimpleTrustRegion should succeed.
