Features that we would like to see

• Support permalinks for topics too (so that they may be used in Link:s in commit messages).
  • Currently the workaround is to use permalinks to individual messages.
  • Issue: Provide permalinks for topics zulip/zulip#21505.
  • PR: topics: Convert topic links to permalinks. zulip/zulip#30114.
