Prevent hide keyboard when passcode is being set
iOS 13 changed the spacing in a way that PIV value inputs on the keypad were broken. This fixes it. Closes #29

Port bump + version bump
CoinMarketCap has discontinued their free public API, which was resulting in the inability to get the fiat valuation. This switches the API request over to CoinGecko.
