I will make a manual change to the column name and reupload around
12:45ish. This is concerning that the validation script missed this though.
Any other issues you’ve noticed?

So far none. It looks like the improve wrapper runs fine for the other datasets. I had to make one change to the splitting logic since it has been expecting a proteomics dataset to be present and fails if there isn't one (as is the case with all of the pdo datasets) |

Just noting, the bladderpdo_transcriptomics.csv file has been fixed in figshare. |
