• fix Stripe tax export period handling and chunk dataset support
• improve invoice-level EUR calculations using Stripe balance transaction data
• separate refunds, credit notes, chargebacks, and add balance summary reconciliation rows
• update exporter headings so appended reconciliation columns are preserved
