Environment
Provide version numbers for the following components (information can be retrieved by running tns info in your project folder or by inspecting the package.json of the project):

• NativeScript-Angular: 6.2.0 also 7.0.2
• Angular: 6.1.10 aslo 7.0.0

Describe the bug
It seems when having a transform animation changes on left/top. The padding/margin is cut off from the inner component.

To Reproduce

• Open the app
• Click Toggle button
• See the left padding/margin gets cut off

Expected behavior
The left padding/margin should be there
