This repository contains the MATLAB® code for the series of blog posts on Creating a Flight Tracking Dashboard, available under the MATLAB Graphics and App Building blog.

MATLAB provides a large suite of visualization functions tailored to scientific and engineering applications. In addition, MATLAB enables you to develop domain-specific visualizations. These can be embedded in all data analytics workflows, ranging from small-scale interactive tasks to more complex reports, apps and web apps such as dashboard-like front ends.

The code is provided in a MATLAB project.

1. Double-click on the project archive (Dashboard.mlproj) to extract it using MATLAB.
2. With MATLAB open, navigate to the newly-created project folder and double-click on the project file (Dashboard.prj) to open the project.
3. Run >> flightDashboard to launch the application.

These examples were developed for MATLAB release R2024b or later.
