Pixel Emotes is a pack of emoticons designed for use with text (of course!) The pack currently includes 43 different emotes, all hand-pixelled and all really damn cute.

This pack is in two different flavours: Mono and Chromatic! Pick whichever suits your needs best!

This pack contains a .yaml file for use with Grav CMS - specifically, its Smileys plugin. To get my emotes to work right, you'll need to replace the following file:

user/plugins/smileys/assets/smileys.css

...with the included .css file in my assets folder. All it does is remove the height limit for images.

If you wanna use it with anything else, go right ahead! (And drop me a message if you do use them, I'd love to see!)

If you want to suggest a new emoticon that needs adding, submitting an issue is the easiest way to do so. All I need to know is the following info:

Emotion to portray (e.g. happy, confused, surprised, embarrassed)
Shorthand (e.g. :) :S O_o ^^;)

Another option is to put your own emote together using one of the bases provided, and create a pull request. If the emote is of a high enough standard, it may be added to the pack!
