Major update that re-wrote the batch file for efficiency and made upgrades. introduced on both manual and automatic (batch file) scripts an new way of refreshing the desktop using the command id of the task rather than restarting the explorer and facing risks. includes changes requested by amakvana and arvaidasre.

this is a recall from the original v1.0.1 that introduced a batch script for automation released on june 24. the recall has improved and added forgotten features into the script. Special thanks to amakvana for helping in the fixing of this project.
