My Python Microservice

This project is a simple Python microservice built using Flask. It serves as a template for creating scalable and maintainable microservices.

Installation

  1. Clone the repository:

    git clone <repository-url>
    cd my-python-microservice
    
  2. Install the required packages:

    pip install -r requirements.txt
    

Usage

To run the application, execute the following command:

python src/main.py

The application will start on http://localhost:5000.

Docker

To build and run the Docker container, use the following commands:

docker build -t my-python-microservice .
docker run -p 5000:5000 my-python-microservice
