Clean up unused CSS properties in the login form styles and optimize the OIDC configuration logic by removing redundant code and adding conditional checks for OIDC providers.
Ensure the SSO divider is hidden when neither Azure nor Google SSO providers are enabled, improving the UI consistency and avoiding unnecessary visual elements.
