Changed:

1. There is no need to pull from the main branch first as this branch should normally not change . If an urgent change needs to be made by HYF to the main branch of the cohort repo we should communicate this via Slack as it will require syncing the forked repos.
2. Explain more strongly that the main branch should be checked out before creating a week branch. We too often see this point being missed.
3. It is more consistent if the format of the pull request title is the same as the format of the branch name. This will also make it earlier to validate the title with a GitHub action, if desired.
4. Add some heading markers to allow linking directly to those headers using a url.
