Added Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions functionality:
1.Created privacy.txt and policy.txt under public/docs with the respective content.
2.Updated SignUp component:
3.Added modal functionality with useState for displaying Privacy/Policy content.
4.Fetched content dynamically from the .txt files when the user clicks on the links.
5.Implemented a styled modal with close button.
Updated Footer component:
1.Added clickable links for Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
2.Fixed hover state so the cursor changes to a pointer (cursor-pointer) for better UX.
Minor styling improvements on form inputs and buttons (hover animations, scale effect).
