+近期一直在面试各种大学生,简直让人大跌眼镜。

+各种问题：
+1）什么基础知识都一问三不知，真不知道大学里是怎么过的？
+2）自己做的东西都一问三不知，包括毕业设计也是，真不知道是怎么毕业的？
+3）没有基础的纪律性，说不来就不来，说就迟到就迟到。
+为什么大家都喜欢招聘好大学的毕业生，素质还是不可同日而语。
+觉得高校还是有必要对自己的学生做做培训，不要干啥都两眼一抹黑。
