Release process went wrong missing the tag off

Release of 2.02

Dev Release v2.01_03 with travis CI support

A set of tweaks to release info, and including a Travis CI
configuration (with coverage tests for perl 5.20).

The CI config showed up that tests on 5.8.8 were failing due to deps with a min version of 5.10.0, so the perl requirement has been made
5.10.0.   It should work on 5.8.x but we cannot reasonably test that.
