Completely fresh install of fluidsynth, I get a system error:

"The code execution cannot proceed because SDL3.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem"

I fixed it by grabbing the dll in the latest release here: https://github.com/libsdl-org/SDL/releases

Is the dll meant to be in the release on fluidsynth's github?
