Move bookkeeper database into core

coinmoves should be kept in internal db
listcoinmoves should allow access, including pagination and wait
sql plugin should be enhanced to cover listcoinmoves
sql plugin should be enhanced to be more efficient when lists change (using wait and pagination)
bookkeeper should use sql plugin rather than its own internal db
internal bookkeeper db should be migrated to lightningd db.
