i updated all nugets in the test project.
thanks @Adhara3 i didnt know that you can fix all teh asserts with the nunit analyzer but this was now really just minutes.
I applied all assert changes but didnt switch to Assert. Multiple yet. If someone wants to do taht later thats fine.
