As per #10227 (comment) See cschanaj/https-everywhere/pull/9 for the steps to reproduce this changes.

Please be noted that Travis does not run rules-test unless there is changes in rules/*.xml. I will have to update a dummy ruleset in order to trigger the rules-test.

Not knowing why IT-University-of-Copenhagen.xml has false positive result.

P.S. I guess that similar procedures can be taken to clean up the fetch-test whitelist. However, I am unable to do that because of the large number to network request needed to be performed (failing travis).
