Repository for the Human Disease Ontology (DO)

The primary release file, doid.owl, is available in the src/ontology/releases directory of this GitHub repository. We strongly recommend downloading this file using its IRI, http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/doid.owl, particularly where stable access to the latest version is desired.

DO curation and production moved to OWL, git, and GitHub in November 2015. DO's SVN repository on Sourceforge.net has been retired but is still available for historical reference.
