Issue body actions

Testing on Windows 10 Enterprise (20H2), did all the steps in README. Running the exe prints the banner then nothing happens.
Defender is off, no endpoint protections are enabled, no error messages or alerts of any kind.

Any debug info needed from my side? Let me know how to help!
