adding programmatic permissions for Workbook, Project, Datasource
* Programmatically get/set any permission for any user/group on Tableau Server * Permission deletion is done per-user/per-group and not per single capability, this is to make API calls easier * Code in separate mixin module to prevent duplication of work as permission model is the same for all of these three. Have EndpointWithPermissions and ItemWithPermissions * "Enum"s for each permission type to make it easy to see what names what permisisons have * this does NOT include default permissions as this is done through a separate endpoint
