i think we should keep all this below this line in pub mod currency .... i think you can use the deposit function for multisig (see standalone chain), and i've been using other current constants in other PRs
and we use MILLICENTS here https://github.com/DataHighway-DHX/node/pull/215/files#diff-0ec06ea58bd455f09ce6b3bb4c2c1c0d37bda51c1e1be2151c560c9c973959ecR542, and we're also using pallet_transaction_payment in this parachain runtime
