해당 루프를 돌면서 O(n)만큼의 시간복잡도가 곱으로 추가될 것 같습니다.
문제에서 O(m+n)의 복잡도를 원하는데 지금 하고 계신 상태 업데이트와 카운트를 조금 더 고도화 해서 해결하면 좋을 것 같습니다.
