Set up chat.dwebyvr.org on Commons Computer as a Surfer instance
Follow Surfer docs https://docs.cloudron.io/apps/surfer/#cicd-integration
- get access token and put it into secrets of this Github repo
- write GH actions script to install and run the command to push after this site builds
