Background

The CreateAPI project has moved from @kean's personal account into the CreateAPI organisation.

With that, the actual URL for the repo is now https://github.com/CreateAPI/CreateAPI and https://github.com/kean/CreateAPI is actually a redirect:

Changes

In this change, I update various remaining links to point to the actual URL to avoid redirecting and potential confusion. This includes updating the default header used by Generator and thus all of the expected test outputs.
