Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti with 4GB dedicated GDDR4 video memory

Screens: I use a multi-monitor Setup of 3 screens

Ram: 16gig 1600mhz

LAN controller: Intel 82579V, 1x Gigabit LAN controller

WiFi: ASUS PCI AC-56 (Broadcom)

OS Drive: Kingston SSD 240g sata (Mac OS 12.4 Monterey)

Current Issue

Was able to apply nvidia drivers via OpenCore Legacy Patcher

HDMI of nvidia egpu doesn't show output of device for sound

After patching drivers when I have more then one monitor connected during boot it shows a black screen log of both with and without are in ISSUE folder

After booting into mac os and logging in and look in "about this mac" It doesnt show nvidia gpu but when I connect another screen it pops up
