This update adds a full deploy & quota toolkit (deployment plans, CI/CD guidance, IaC rules, architecture diagrams, app logs, region availability and quota usage checks) plus new Service Health status commands, ACR repository listing, Function App listing, Key Vault certificate import, and Storage blob upload. It also improves server guidance for LLMs and advances AOT readiness with updated Bicep type packages.
