I am not sure with the description given in Authorize.net doc about datavalue generation. I have tried many diffrent ways but no luck. Is there anyone can help me out of this?

I am always getting this error
Transaction Failed
Error code : 153
Error message : There was an error processing the payment data. Unable to decrypt data.
