I have JIRA issue created

  • branch and/or PR name(s) includes JIRA ID
  • issue has "Fix version" assigned
  • issue "Status" is set to "In review"
  • PR labels are selected
  • FLP integration tests were ran successful

This PR introduces dedicated services for handling layout data. All business logic is applied within the service layer before data reaches the repositories.

  • Created helpers that keep charts, grids, and tabs in sync.
  • New service layer that centralizes layout-related business logic before data reaches repositories.
  • User service to support user-related operations that interact with layout data.
