Fixed and Removed all Errors and Warnings. Tested a few python scripts, ran editor for long time. Seems to be okay.

Work in progress to support 4.25. It does not yet compile.
Based off PR #833 To include changes to support 4.24.2 as well.
Created PR early to avoid duplicating efforts with others. If anyone was looking at doing this themselves, I would love to collaborate and accept contributions.
I would like to get feedback on the new typedefs to support older engines. Please see file UEPyUPropertyBackwardsCompatibility.h.
