Baird's Manual and Templates
Not sure if you saw my response on Template Talk:Bairds13, but I would like your help as described there. It appears that the overwhelming majority of the Greek Letter Organization templates (both earlier on Baird's and other sources) are going to have both a page number and a doc page number where the page number is human readable, and the doc page number will be affixed to the hathi trust url to place the viewer on the correct page.Naraht (talk) 14:48, 4 January 2026 (UTC)

finding redlink templates

- Thanx. Fixed. Will monitor there as well consider the number of pages affected by the standardization of the references from those books. For some of them, it was standardized enough I was able to use AWB with some creative regex.Naraht (talk) 04:22, 6 January 2026 (UTC)

- Redrose64 Not sure what the difference is between the list at the Database report vs the one at special wanted templates. Also, for the special wanted templates, is there any way to filter them to only those where the non-existent template is in mainspace?Naraht (talk) 13:54, 6 January 2026 (UTC)
- The WantedTemplates page is updated once a month, and is not configurable. "The following information is cached, and was last updated 17:00, 19 December 2025." Neither of those is helpful. The database report is customizable, user-refreshable, and excludes nonexistent templates in User space because there were too many complaints from editors about gnomes messing with their sandboxes just to clear a report (which was a fair complaint). – Jonesey95 (talk) 14:01, 6 January 2026 (UTC)
