Official name in Fula?

[edit]

In the Infobox the official name in Fula is given as "Republik bu Maali / 𞤈𞤫𞤨𞤵𞤦𞤤𞤭𞤳 𞤦𞤵 𞤃𞤢𞥄𞤤𞤭". In the first sentence of the article, it is given instead as Fula: "𞤈𞤫𞤲𞥆𞤣𞤢𞥄𞤲𞤣𞤭 𞤃𞤢𞥄𞤤𞤭 / Renndaandi Maali". Sources and correction needed. Munter He (talk) 00:33, 11 May 2026 (UTC)Reply

I can't find much on any of the languages. The 2023 constitution is here. It is in French, so uses Republique du Mali. It says "Une loi organique détermine les conditions et les modalités de leur emploi", so perhaps official usage in other languages is laid out in some particular law, or is intended to be sorted out later? Our current Bambara source is an archived Twitter page, also not the best. CMD (talk) 06:44, 11 May 2026 (UTC)Reply
The Tamasheq name is also incorrect. The version of Tifinagh used is not even the traditional Tuareg variant, but Neo-Tifinagh, which is not used by the Tuareg. lankdadank (chat) 02:17, 15 July 2026 (UTC)Reply
