Discrepancy in regard to the amount of the stolen bitcoin

Curiously, some sources give the amount as 119,754 and some as 119,756. US Gov says 119,754 https://www.justice.gov/opa/pr/two-arrested-alleged-conspiracy-launder-45-billion-stolen-cryptocurrency, but the Guardian, supposedly quoting a Btifinex representative, gives the amount as 119,756 BTC.

This is weird, even though it's not a large difference. Perhaps the representative took the 2 BTC and lied about it? But seriously, I think the US govt is probably more reliable in this case than the Guardian, so perhaps the amount should be changed accordingly in the article? rapper name Razzlekhan - nowhere in the article, but it gives more accurate search hits than Heather Morgan
