ELC Consulting is owned by Mads Engel Lundt and was founded in 2018.

Mads is 35 years old and a full-stack engineer with an M.Sc. in Computer Science from the Technical University of Denmark. He mainly works with the Microsoft stack, Python, and JavaScript, and also has hands-on experience with LLMs and AI, including agent systems. He is a quick learner and driven by curiosity, which keeps him up to date with the latest technologies. Having worked both in startups and as a consultant, he is used to adopting new and unexplored technologies and enjoys finding creative solutions to problems.

Mads prefers to work closely with customers to deliver great results. Over the years, he has built strong communication skills, both technical and non-technical, and values open and honest collaboration. He is very much a team player. He supports others, celebrates wins together, and never leaves a high five hanging. He embraces change, keeps a positive outlook, and contributes with enthusiasm.

What stands out about Mads is his positive attitude and humility. He is always willing to admit when a different solution is better for the project, and he believes the best argument should win. His focus is not only on delivering results, but also on helping others succeed along the way.
