Global measurements are discussed with an examination of how the US The practices of the top performing Nordic countries are explored with a glance at some of the practices from a sample of countries across the globe. Flexible work schedules are offered by 86% of the companies in Sweden specifically assisting women with childcare responsibilities. Flexible work schedules are offered by an astounding 92% of companies in Finland.
