Abstract

   This document specifies the Proof of Sovereign Integrity (PSI)
   Protocol for verifiable AI regulatory compliance.  Revision 01
   updates the March 2026 specification with EU AI Act Article 50
   alignment and post-quantum cryptographic requirements.

Status of This Memo

   This Internet-Draft is submitted in full conformance with the
   provisions of BCP 78 and BCP 79.
